Eat healthy. Man BFF and I are starting 2012 off with a new eating routine thanks the The Biggest Loser.
I picked up this book a few weeks ago and love it because it has specific recipes for every meal and snack you’ll eat for 6 weeks. The best part? Every day equates to about 1500 calories. Easy peasy!
We went grocery shopping this weekend to pick everything up and now are fridge, freezer, and pantry are stuffed with healthful goodies.
